 Teaching Engineering

Adjunct Professor: Drexel University, Lehigh University and Northampton Community College

Teaching Interests/Philosophy: A strong commitment to teaching is essential to its success. During the course and throughout the ups and downs of the learning process of an individual, there comes a special moment when both the educator and the student ‘feel’ a sense of accomplishment. This moment comes about when the learning has taken place. In my past teaching experiences, I have had many of these special moments with my students. This is a major impetus why I like to teach. I like to temper the engineering courses with the actual engineering experiences so my students will be successful in their future.

Courses Taught

1. Solid Mechanics and Physics: Statics and Mechanis of Materials, Strength of Materials, Finite Element Methods

2. Thermosciences: Thermodynamics-I and II, Fluid Dynamics, Heat transfer and Fluid Power

3. Applied Quality Control: SPC Techniques, Quality Management Systems and ISO Standards

4. Controls Laboratory (Iowa State University)
