Steel Rolling Process

We will provide you with a sound data-driven engineering analysis on the rolling process based on 15 years of experience in tandem rolling mills in steel industry. Our goal here is to identify low investment high return areas where you can improve your bottom line.

Our rolling experience includes both sheet and tin cold rolling processes encompassing many important aspects of the process. For instance, we could analyze a wide spectrum of issues common in all tandem mills from productivity, throughput, yield and delay questions to level-II automation systems and setup models, which have significant influence on yield and product quality (gage, shape and properties).

Depending on your data storage capabilities, we can connect with your level-II logging system directly (please see our Engineering Tools section) or we could work with your level-II engineers to obtain the data off-line and/or arrange for an on-site data collection and sampling.
